Vital Doctors Medical Equipment accepts Medicare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX), and TRICARE West for qualifying durable medical equipment.
Insurance benefits may cover medically necessary equipment prescribed by an authorized healthcare provider when the patient meets the applicable coverage criteria. Depending on the equipment and insurance plan, requirements may include a Standard Written Order, supporting medical records, documented medical necessity, benefit verification and prior authorization.
