- Explain the general steps required to obtain durable medical equipment
- Coordinate with your physician or referral office to request orders and supporting medical records
- Verify insurance eligibility and available benefits
- Help identify documentation or prior-authorization requirements
- Explain estimated deductibles, coinsurance, and other potential out-of-pocket costs
- Provide updates on the status of your equipment request
- Coordinate delivery, setup, and equipment-use instructions
- Answer questions and connect you with the appropriate member of our team
