Important Eligibility Requirements
The recipient must be capable of safely operating the eFOLDi Lite, including maintaining appropriate seated balance, controlling the scooter, and complying with the manufacturer’s weight, size, and operational limitations.
Final eligibility will be confirmed before the scooter is awarded. A selected nominee who does not meet the safety requirements cannot receive the scooter.
No purchase or payment is required to participate.
