Insurance Egailibity & Coverage
Including wheelchairs, transport chairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, lift chairs, rollators, knee scooters, and other home medical equipment. When medically appropriate, rental items may be covered by Medicare or your private insurance, subject to eligibility, medical necessity, physician documentation, prior authorization (if required), and your individual plan benefits. Coverage is not guaranteed. Our team will gladly verify your benefits, explain any expected out-of-pocket costs, and discuss private-pay rental options when insurance coverage is unavailable or limited.

We work directly with your insurance whenever possible to verify eligibility, benefits, deductibles, coinsurance, and any prior authorization requirements before providing equipment. Additional insurance contracts are currently in the credentialing process, and we look forward to expanding the plans we accept. For patients without insurance coverage or those who prefer not to use their insurance benefits, we offer competitive private pay pricing. We also provide CareCredit® financing for qualified applicants, making it easier to obtain the medical equipment you need with flexible payment options.
